A problem developed with the pop server handling my site's email service on New Year's eve. It appears as though a requests for email collecting was interpreted as a hack and a firewall then blocked my further efforts to collect my email. The support staff had the problem identified and corrected a few hours after I sent a message on New Year's Day. Great support from Brandon (on several occassions).

Brandon spent quite a bit of time walking me through everystep of the process so I understood clearly what was happening and why - I wish I would have started with Imagion!

After much research, I discovered a server that not only offers a telephone line (toll free, even) but actually ANSWERS the phone with a real voice! AND, if they are unavailable you can leave a message...which they answer ASAP! The tech support person that answered, Brandon, TOOK TIME to solve my problems (which due to my previous hosting service were HUGE). As we got to know each other (the problem-solving took some hold time) I realized that he and Imagion.com offer customers something difficult to find - especially over the web...INTEGRITY! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Imagion.com to anyone looking for a straight-forward, honest partner for your business (because servers ARE more than a vendor - they are partners in our success.)

Imagion presents a very professional demeanor and was always extremely helpful in explaining issues and resolving any problems. I found them very "approachable" and their service is impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone needing hosting and web development services.
